CARMAN WILLIS
CAMP RECREATION DIRECTOR
A native of Western Colorado, Carman started her journey with on the violin when she was twelve years old and began taking violin lessons. She joined orchestra in high school and has never looked back. She studied music at Colorado Mesa University for four years, but has since left to pursue other passions. However, that hasn’t quenched her love for music and the violin. She especially loves collaborative playing, her favorite group to play with being with a mariachi band!

Carman has been a counselor for Camp Con Brio since 2014, after being a camper herself. She enjoys building relationships with the campers while building their love for music. She looks forward to many more years working with the camp and fostering a fun and unique experience for every camper.

When Carman isn’t playing violin/viola, or working with the camp, she enjoys writing, hiking, traveling, playing video games, spending time with her loved ones, and dreaming of owning a husky.
